Our Story
Since 1985, Royal Catering has been helping organizations across Dallas-Fort Worth host successful meetings, events, and celebrations. I began my hospitality career in 1985 while attending Texas Tech University and joined Marriott Hotels after graduation. Over the next 18 years, I held leadership positions in food and beverage operations, sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, building a strong foundation in hospitality and client service.Royal Catering has been family-owned since 1985, and I have had the privilege of leading the company as CEO since 2001. Together with our incredible team, I’ve focused on building a company dedicated to elevating the office catering experience. Today, Royal Catering proudly serves businesses, colleges and universities, schools, healthcare organizations, and government agencies throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.The most rewarding part of my role is investing in our people. Building a strong team, developing future leaders, and creating opportunities for others to succeed is what drives me every day.
