Client Service Representative

Responsibilities:
• Serving clients and prospective clients by acquiring the accurate details for their events and confirming events on the company events calendar
• Completing orders through Caterease software; providing all required information and details to ensure a successful event.
• Responding to all client requests and quote needs within 24 hours of receipt or as specified
• Providing “consultative services” to clients and prospective clients to enhance their experiences (making menu suggestions, up-selling, explaining service styles, set ups, etc.)
• Generating a high level of client satisfaction (at least 96% positive feedback)
• Demonstrating strong professional communication skills with clients and coworkers
• Completing client visits as instructed by Client Service Director
• Assisting teammates and other departments as needed based on workloads
• Completing assigned training and curriculum (internal training, Dale Carnegie Course, etc.)
• Keeping desk area clean and organized and completing office tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• Speak fluent English (bilingual is a plus)
• Ability to work Monday-Friday in office
• Maintaining a current driver’s license

This position is a set 40 hours per week schedule.
